PRODUCING

It all starts with a dream.

Production is a magical alchemy where stories from the page come to life on the screen. I am lucky to have collaborated with some of the most visionary content producers working today, most recently as the Director of Development on the film side of Ridley Scott’s production company, Scott Free. I first began my career as an Executive Assistant at Universal Pictures, and I have worked for companies like Focus Features, Adult Swim, and producer Beau Flynn’s Flynn Picture Company.

Every little detail matters.

The core of producing means overseeing a budget, a schedule, and a team of people working in alignment to a creative vision. For me, this type of event planning draws on many of my personal skills, and I love bringing even the smallest details to life. In addition to producing for Hollywood, I’ve also worked for Harvard Business School, where I helped plan the “HBS Hacks: Solving for the Future of Work” symposium in San Francisco, California.

Dreams become reality.

As a Producer, I gained valuable on-set physical production experience as the Associate Producer of the independent feature film JUNGLELAND, which premiered at the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival. From negotiating rates for cast & crew housing, to liaising with department heads, to overseeing the distribution of production drafts with the screenwriter, I saw first-hand how a team of dedicated artists bring a film to life. I believe we produce our best work when everyone can bring their most creative selves to the process.
